Emory Grace Smith Professional Right-Hand Woman

Hi, I’m Emory Grace.

I help creative business owners knock out their never-ending to-do lists and get back to loving what they do. Some have called me a miracle worker, but I’ll let you be the judge of that.

I spent four years in a dead-end desk job and about six months looking for my new thing before I threw in the towel and decided to create the job I actually wanted. Now, I’m surrounded by joy and beauty, and I get to help other small business owners live the life they dreamed of when they launched!

I have a B.A. in English and Certificates in Interdisciplinary Writing and Historic Preservation (give me ALL the historic venues!) from the University of Georgia. When I’m not ticking boxes on my many checklists, you’ll find me lost in my book nook, binging period dramas, or making curries and cookies in my kitchen. I married Charles, the love of my life, in 2022, and we have a sweet home in Athens, Georgia with two cats named after members of the royal family.

MY Process

Let’s keep things simple.

Discovery

Book a 30-minute discovery call with me - no cost, no commitment. We’ll get to know each other a little, talk work styles, and walk through my services. You’ll ask questions and hopefully get an idea of how you’d like me to help you out, and when you’re ready, you can book on your own time. I hate pushy sales and split-second decisions, so there’s no pressure if you don’t feel like we’re a good fit.

Find your Fit

I’ll send you a detailed guide to my virtual assistant packages, and you can think through what works best for you. No two businesses are alike, so feel free to live with my info for a bit to figure out what you need most. You’ll have my contact info, so you can reach out when you’re ready to sign a contract!

Get Started!

Once you’ve signed a contract, I’ll bust out my virtual dustpan and start tidying your processes! Once we have our workflow going, running your business will never be easier. We can always revisit services later if your business’s needs change.
